Refund policy
If you’ve bought anything from us and wish to get either a refund or exchange within 30 days, no problem. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange more than 30 days after your purchase. We are unable to accept returns on sale items either.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and some other details, so please email us prior to returning your item to provide us with the following information:
- Your name
- Address
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Product
- Reason for return
- Preferred action (refund or exchange)
If you’d like to return an item for a refund or an exchange, you’ll need to pay the shipping costs to get the item back to us. Please ship all returns to Norsewear, 79 Hovding Street, Norsewood 4943, New Zealand. We do recommend you keep a copy of the tracking ID for your package. Norsewear is not responsible for lost return shipments that do not reach us.
If the item is to be exchanged rather than refunded, we’ll foot the bill to send the exchanged item back to you.
