If you don’t think your Norsewear gear has gone the distance, we’ll sort you out with a replacement free of charge. Simple as that. 

We’ll cover every claim made in good faith. The only thing we can’t help with is the replacement for a lost sock. 

To kick off a claim, fill in the Fair Go Guarantee form. We'll get in touch, and start the ball rolling - once we receive and process your claim, we’ll send you a code to use on norsewear.co.nz and your replacement product will be shipped back to you free of charge. Easy.
