We reckon we make the best socks (and gloves, beanies and other knitwear) that money can buy. But if you don’t think your Norsewear gear has gone the distance, we want to make sure you get a fair-go and sort things out with a replacement.
You won’t be surprised that our fair-go guarantee doesn’t cover everything. If you’ve lost a sock in the back of the dryer, if your dog chewed a hole in your sock, if your mate grabbed your favourite pair of Farm Flecks and used them as trailer tie-downs or if your socks got burned while you were trying to dry them in front of the fire… we can’t help. However, all claims made in good faith will be considered.
