Shipping & Returns


At Norsewear, we want to keep shipping as uncomplicated as possible for you, so we offer:

  • Orders of $100 or more receive FREE Shipping.

  • Orders under $100 are a flat shipping rate of $5 – anywhere in New Zealand.

  • We usually dispatch orders within 3-5 working days after payment has been received. Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).

  • All orders ship from Norsewear, New Zealand and require a signature on delivery.

  • Record of all shipped orders in your account. Just log in to the account you set up to access your past orders.

We do not ship to PO Boxes as our deliveries require a signature on delivery.
We only ship within New Zealand.
Please note that rural delivery can take a little longer, so please allow an additional couple of days for this.

Returns & Refunds

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, or we send you the wrong order in error we will arrange a replacement and refund the shipping charges.

Returns & Refunds Process

  1. Fill out this form
  2. You will receive an email that will provide you with your Returned Goods Authorisation (RGA) number.
  3. In your package please include your returned item/s (in their original packaging) and Returned Goods Authorisation (RGA) number.
  4. To ship, please take this package to a New Zealand PostShop. To find your closest PostShop: Click here.

We recommend you keep a copy of the tracking ID for your package. Norsewear is not responsible for lost return shipments that do not reach us.

Please have a record of your RGA on hand, and refer to your RGA when you chat to our team.


For international returns, please contact us.

Returned products must be unused, in its original packaging with all tags still intact, and returned within 60 days of purchase along with the original receipt.
